In more than 20 years of service in the curtain wall industry, ALT has advanced to become a one-stop provider, the leading curtain wall consultant in Asia. It was founded in Taiwan in 1991 by Joe Theodore Khoury. Soon after, the company worked on a number of high-profile assignments like the Taichung Tower (Taiwan), Seocho Fashion Center (Korea), and Hong Kong Electric Company Headquarters (Hong Kong). Through the years, it has established partnerships with the world’s top architects and owners and has played a vital role in the development of curtain wall systems for various celebrated landmarks around the world. In 1997, ALT expanded into the Philippine market. Noteworthy projects include the GT International Tower, RCBC Plaza, Rockwell Center, The Manansala, One McKinley, One Legazpi Park, and Pacific Plaza to name a few. In 1998, ALT was awarded with the most prestigious project in the Far East—The Taipei 101. It was the tallest building in the world before it was overtaken in 2010 by the Burj Khalifa, another ALT project. Backing up ALT’s portfolio of hundred-storey projects are the Shanghai World Financial Center and International Commerce Centre. Our expertise is borne from more than 2 decades of design and practical experience in façade consultancy. ALT adopts the proactive approach. We formulate viable solutions, addressing concerns and coordinating closely with clients even before the design evolves too far. The design team operates on state-of-the-art software for accurate results in drawings and reviews. Regular training and research keeps us abreast with the latest design trends, design engineering, and technical management of cladding and wall systems. At ALT, we bring together the best minds and hands that are well-versed in all aspects of the façade consultancy business.
