Most recently, our team completed The New York Wheel, a 630-foot tall observation feature and 5-acre public park on the Northern shore of Staten Island. “The Yards” waterfront park in Washington, DC was acknowledged by the receipt of more than seven awards including the prestigious 2013 ULI Urban Open Space award for creating an important community asset linking the Washington, DC waterfront to other integral public spaces.
