Therefore this information can help you prevent future burnout to mitigate those future effects by really setting up the system.

There are really simple and effective things to do and make your life easier. Say not to cram before an exam as well as anxiety and stress.

Set Up Your System

At the end of the motivation is the feeling. Sometimes it comes, sometimes it goes, and that’s how it is. However, the beauty of habits remains the same that can give you good results without effort in your homework help academic career. A habit is something you do without any planning and thinking. It’s the kind of behavior you repeated in your daily routine. Make a timetable slot everything into a schedule and try to things done at their particular time.

Practice Your Revision’s Method

Make sure it’s just beginning, you don’t have your final year exams tomorrow, you have so much time to revise and learn new stuff for your future. When you have got a little end-of-chapter test, amazing this is your moment to try different revision techniques. Try and fail, but try to get experienced, so that when you come to the actual exams you know how to revise like professionals.

Three special techniques to revise that are:

  • Flashcards: Flashcard is just a lot better than writing out your notes because you actively processing information in your mind.
  • Blurting: Take a chapter for something that you are trying to learn, take a topic and blurt down everything that you can remember about it. That is such a good and effective technique for your study because you are dragging the information from your head.
  • Try teaching someone: You know you understand something quicker when you get someone who has no prior knowledge to a domain to also understand something complex.

Create Your Study Resources Now

Imagine when you get exams season or Easter, future you are not going to be happy. Therefore create an easy resource that you can look back on and your future self is just going to love you.

Understand the Science of Learning

Make sure to understand the basics of the science of learning. We all have so many myths about what good studying is. We often think the longer we spend studying the better the study session. Something 10 to 12 hours continuously slaving away at the revision, make sure you need to understand the two key points, one is the more active the better and the second is the forgetting curve of human memory that discover by the guy called Ebbinghaus, and it looks complicated but it’s not.

Create a Right Mindset

Emphasizes clear your minds first what motivate you to study a particular subject. It is something intrinsic or it is something about you just enjoying the subject or it is something extrinsic. Identify yourself first, and for this write down what’s motivates you to study and why. It is important because at times maybe you reach a moment where you want to quit and give up. For example, every day waking up and thinking I am hard-working I am worthy of getting the grades. I deserve it, I am calm I love learning I’m happy to be here I’m grateful for my education. Maybe it can sound cheesy but honestly repeating these things to you regularly eventually does change. The way that you view academics or at least it did for me and at the end of the day, school is hard. Being a student is not easy and I commend you for being here because you're already being proactive you're thinking about the future self you have goals you want to do well at school.
